What I Offer
I design regenerative, intuitive, and deeply practical landscape plans that give you everything you need to grow a thriving, soul-aligned garden — plus the confidence to tend it with your own two hands.
Picture this: it’s early spring. A warm drink in one hand, your planting plan in the other, and a quiet thrill as you walk your yard. You know what goes where, what to feed your soil, when to rest and when to prune. No guesswork. Just rhythm, beauty, and joy.
I bring over a decade of hands-on experience as a flower farmer, plant health specialist, and garden manager, paired with multiple advanced degrees and training in anticipatory intelligence. I ask the questions no AI or plug-and-play app ever will; about your lifestyle, your favorite memories, your animals, your babies and your Sunday mornings. I’ll walk with you, equip you, and create a plan that makes you feel powerful, poetic, and ready to grow.
Who This Is For
NOTICE isn’t for the perfectly curated or the performative; it’s for the tender, the curious, and the willing. It’s for anyone with a patch of earth and an ache to feel more connected to it.
For the ones with photo albums full of flowers they don’t know the names of.
For the busy one who doesn’t want to figure it out alone anymore.
For the one who’s always wanted to cut flowers from their own garden and carry them to someone they love.
For the dreamer with a Pinterest board full of bloom-drenched paths.
It’s for the parents, the makers, and the magic-tenders who want to raise babies or animals in a place that feels soft, safe, and full of wonder.
I started this because I kept meeting people—people like me—who knew there was magic in the land but didn’t know where to begin.
They didn’t need someone to take over. They just needed someone to say:
Yes. That’s not crazy. You can do this. Here’s how.
This longing? It’s ancient.
To want to bring more beauty into the world. To feel safe. To belong.
To have a patch of land that you care for, and that cares for you right back.
We all used to know the names of our neighboring plants.
We knew what healed, what scented the air, what signaled the seasons.
This is a reclamation. A remembering. An ecstatic, juicy, drop to your knees return.
I don’t care how many plants you’ve killed. I don’t care how small your space or your budget is. I don’t care if you have no freaking clue of what you want.
Every piece of earth can be a sanctuary. And every person deserves to remember that they are part of this earth and it’s becoming.
I’d be honored to walk that first step with you.
What Every Package Includes
The NOTICE design package is built to empower you with everything you need to confidently bring your landscape to life—no previous gardening experience required. I don't just deliver a design and disappear. I guide you through the process and equip you to become the steward of your land, because that’s the whole point!
✧ Custom Design Plan
This is the heart of it all; a thoughtful, site-specific planting design tailored to your exact conditions and desires. I take into account sun patterns, soil health, drainage, slope, privacy needs, lifestyle rhythms, and more. Every design is built with layered seasonal interest, plant compatibility, and long-term beauty in mind.
Whether you want blooms all year, a soft sensory buffer for the street, or a space that works for bare feet and chickens, the design will reflect you and your land—nothing generic or AI-generated.
✧ Complete Shopping List
I’ll create a curated list of every plant, amendment, and soil input you’ll need to complete your garden. This includes compost types, fertilizers, mineral supplements (like bone meal or sulfur), and mulch, with product links or recommended vendors both locally and online. You’ll know exactly what to buy and how much, saving you time, money, and decision fatigue.
✧ Step-by-Step Planting Guide
This is your hands-in-the-dirt companion. Whether you’re planting a tree or a patch of wildflowers, I’ll walk you through every step:
How deep and wide to dig for different plants
How to layer compost and amendments
Where and how to plant climbers, bulbs, perennials, shrubs, or bare-root roses
Special tips like: Don’t fertilize natives at planting or Plant dahlias horizontally at this depth
It’s all spelled out in practical, easy-to-follow language, so even first-time gardeners feel confident.
✧ Ongoing Seasonal Care Plan
A personalized, plant-by-plant, month-by-month care guide tailored to your exact space and planting palette.
You’ll know:
When and how much to cut back your perennials
Which plants need dividing, deadheading, or total dormancy
What to leave alone (because not everything needs pruning!)
When to fertilize, when to mulch, and how to adjust based on rainfall, pests, or sun exposure
This plan is designed to help you tend with clarity and confidence—no outsourcing necessary, just empowered stewardship.
The Process
1. Book Your Free Discovery Call
Start by booking a 30-minute call using my calendar link. You’ll be prompted to fill out a short vision form when you book. This helps me understand your space, goals, and aesthetic before we meet, so I can come to the call prepared with the right questions and ideas.
2. We Connect
On our call, we’ll walk through your site, clarify your budget and priorities, and dream together about what’s possible. I’ll guide you toward the package that best fits your space and goals, and outline next steps. After, you’ll receive a quick invoice and agreement, which upon completion, officially reserve your project spot.
3. I Design Your Garden
Over the next three weeks, I’ll create a custom landscape plan designed specifically for your climate, soil, needs, and style. I will (most likely) reach out a few times with questions to make sure we’re aligned. You’ll receive everything you need to confidently bring it to life: a planting plan, curated shopping list, step-by-step planting guide, and personalized seasonal care plan. If needed, one round of revisions is included to ensure it all feels just right.
4. You Plant & Grow
You’ll bring your garden to life at your own pace, with the clarity, tools, and support to do it yourself. I’m here if questions come up—but this process is built to empower you. You’ll leave with not just a plan, but the skills and confidence to care for your land for years to come.
Choose Your Package based on Space Size
Pricing is based on the square footage of your design-able space, not the complexity or value of your outcome.
The Nook — $300
Best for:
Small but high-impact areas like porch beds, tiny courtyard gardens, side yard zones, or single statement beds—up to 800 square feet.
This is a perfect option if you:
Are just getting started or want to transform one focal area
Need help tying together an existing garden
Want to try your hand at planting without taking on too much
Prefer a slower, phased transformation of your full space
Despite the small footprint, you’ll receive the same deep attention to detail, guidance, and care as every other project.
The Haven — $600
Best for:
Front or backyards, layered perennial beds, or spaces where you want to plant for beauty, pollinators, privacy, and people—up to 2,000 square feet.
This is a great choice if you:
Want a cohesive design across your main outdoor space
Are ready to create a space that feels cinematic and usable
Want help with layout, bloom timing, and low-maintenance combinations
Need clarity on how to phase, prioritize, or work with existing trees or shrubs
This package allows for more variety, structure, and flow, while still being approachable for a DIY install.
The SANCTUARY — $900
Best for:
Large, multi-zone landscapes, complex spaces, or properties between 2,000-3,000 square feet. Ideal for people with expansive land, multiple uses (play, privacy, food, beauty), or long-view visions. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly for any project over 3,000 sq feet.
Choose this if you:
Want a design that accounts for rehabilitating soil, working with uneven slopes, or making the most of gorgeous views
Have (or want to create) distinct zones: cut flower gardens, edible borders, meditative corners, etc.
Need help sequencing your planting over time (phasing)
Want something breathtaking, functional, and rooted in regenerative principles
This is where we really dig into the why behind your space, and I make sure it all works in rhythm—for you, your family, and the land itself.
the notice way
I design gardens that feel lived in. Useful. Wild in all the right places. I care just as much about where your bare feet will land as I do about where the drip line will run. My goal isn’t to control nature, but to collaborate with it.
And it’s not just about layout — it’s about life. I know flowers. Not just how to plant them, but how to compose with them. I know what spreads gently and what takes over. What blooms once with fire and then disappears, and what quietly returns for decades. I know which dahlia handles the heat, which echinacea draws the goldfinches, and which rose will thrive in clay and still smell like heaven.
These aren’t designs made by a designer who picked up plant names yesterday. They’re built by someone who’s spent years in the soil, who’s watched what thrives and fails and rises again. Who can fill a space with color and texture and joy, not just for pollinators and the planet, but for your table, your rituals, your kitchen counter, your nervous system.
What I’m Really Good At
Designing spaces that are generous to both people and pollinators — lush with blooms and grounded in good soil
Translating vague longings into grounded plans — you want bees but not too many bees, a barefoot moon garden, a place to lay naked without the neighbors seeing? I’ve got you
Encouraging new gardeners — with instructions and systems that build confidence, not confusion
Creating flower-forward spaces that bloom through every season — with plants chosen just for you
If you want a moonlight garden, a backyard apothecary, an edible fence line, or to never touch a lawnmower again, we can do that. And it will be beautiful.
What I’m Not As Great At
Stonework, water features, and hardscapes — I’ll help guide flow, style, and materials, but I’m not your person for patio engineering or retaining walls
Full installations — I don’t install, but I can often connect you with local folks for irrigation or heavy lifting
Rigid or ultra-formal layouts — I can design them, but I lean toward gardens that feel more alive than controlled
What Matters Most
That you feel capable, delighted, and deeply at home.
That the beauty lasts, season after season, because you know how to care for it.
That when you begin to notice what’s unfolding in your garden — the resilience, the rest, the unapologetic bloom, the necessary decay — you begin to notice yourself more clearly, too.
